2 Emergency Meal Kits from Mountain House. "Expiration" date January 2018. Mountain House guarantees them for about 30 years, but my husband is now vegan & we need to restock! Each kit contains Beef Stroganoff (2), Chicken Teriyaki with Rice (2), Pasta Primavera, Rice & Chicken, Scrambled Eggs with Bacon (2), and Granola with Milk & Blueberries. Should be fine for camping this summer?
