We have DIY instructions for descaling at the bottom of the page. We recommend full strength white vinegar or another citric acid product as your descaling agent. DO NOT USE --CLR It makes a VERY stick mess that is difficult to remove.” I took it apart but am not making the time to try to fix it. If you’re feeling handy it was a great coffee maker.
