Free: Small white board markers, 5-pack (Magnuson) Promised - Note: I will respond to requests with a clear intent to pick up and a suggested window of time. I found this unopened packet of 5 small Daiso whiteboard markers that I used to buy for a volunteer job that ended in 2020 - the packet was well sealed, and the one I tried works fine. They are small (Sharpie for comp) and NOT worth traveling far to pick up. Drive-by pickup in my condo complex. Preference for requests that provide: (1) clear intent to pick up, (2) a 2 to 4 hour window of time and (3) a short easy name for a label. Early morning pickups need 12 hours notice and will be left out overnight.

Free: 3 bags of old used potting soil (Magnuson) Gifted - Fine for garden use. All or none! I will respond to posts with clear intent and a window of time to pick up, as well as a first name I can put on a label. Please read info at the end. More details: This potting soil is probably not suitable for indoor use. I assume it's pretty depleted, having been used for various potted plants, outdoor and indoor, which I've saved as I repotted. There will be small bits of old moss, leaf detritus and fine roots. Full disclosure: There might also be seeds (I've grown various herbs, but there could also be weeds). I've been collecting this in an open bin on my deck as I renewed pots over the last several years, and it was super dry and dusty when I bagged it today so I moistened it a bit to keep the dust down. It would be a good filler for garden beds with amendments. You'll need to bring clips to keep the bags closed, since they are too dusty for tape and I don't have heavy twist ties. PLEASE READ: Easy drive-by pickup in my condo complex. Preference for requests that provide: (1) clear intent to pick up, (2) a reasonable window of time and (3) a first name for a label. Early morning pickups need 12 hours notice and will be left out overnight.

Free: Folk Life license plate frame (Magnuson) Gifted - The photo says it all. New, from volunteer swag this year. I prefer my "I power KEXP" frame 😎 If you respond, please provide a four-hour window of time to pick up and a short name I can label it with.

Free: Women's XC skis & boots, SNS (Magnuson) Gifted - Note: I only respond to messages with a clear intention to pick up, a date, and a proposed 2-4 hour window of time. More details at the end below. IMPORTANT: These skis and boots use the proprietary Salomon SNS binding system, therefore they are supposed to go together. They cannot be paired with an nnn binding or boot, although the bindings can certainly be replaced - the skis only ever had these bindings. Just in time for ski season, these are well-loved Salomon XA ("X-Adventure") backcountry/climbiing/DH skis and boots, suitable for telemark turns >>with the proprietary SNS binding system<<. I haven't used them since 2012 and it's past time to find them another home. The skis are 145cm, meant for someone who is about 5"4". The boots are men's Size 7/Euro 40, which were super-comfortable on my W's 7.5/Eu39 medium-width feet with thick trekking socks. They are intended to be pretty stiff - not nearly as stiff as Alpine boots, but definitely not as "ankle-boot" flexible as typical XC boots. One of the bindings is missing its rubber gasket which keeps detritus out of the inner workings. I would just put a piece of blue tape over the opening, which easily lasted for a day or two. For serious backcountry and/or downhill skiing the bindings and skis should probably be tuned/sharpened, and the scaled bases could do with a cleaning and reapplication of cold wax, but they're good to go as is for an easy X-C trek on flat terrain. The width and the short length really are designed for fun downhill turns in backcountry conditions. We used to go lift skiing in our BC gear, and although I never mastered a proper telemark turn on a groomed slope, I could do stem turns on these. Easy front-door pickup inside my condo complex. Fair Offer applies, and I am posting this on Sunday night, so pickup might end up being after Thanksgiving (none on T-Day). I only respond to messages that have a clear intention to pick up, a date or range of dates, and a 2-4 hour window of time. I won't leave these outside overnight, so no pickups before 10am! ~Jan

Free: Grohe faucet heads - one or both (Magnuson) Expired - One shower spray head, one kitchen spray head, specifications are below. Take one or both. I only respond to replies that provide: (1) a clear intent to pick up, (2) a window of time according to the information in my last paragraph, and (3) a first name for a label. My reply will include directions. One complete message from you, one from me, and we're done. These still have good life in them if you have very good water pressure, which I do not. I purchased them in 2014 to replace the originals that came with my condo, and noticed an increase in water delivery, so I've replaced them again, because even with our soft water these get some scale buildup over the years. I regularly wiped the little rubbery nubs to keep those clear. I've scrubbed these, soaked their insides in vinegar, and gave them a final sanitizing soak with hydrogen peroxide, so they are as clean as I can get them. For the shower: Grohe "Relexa Top 4 Hand Shower - 4 Sprays" attaches to any existing shower hose for a hand-held faucet - universal snap-in/out hose adapter is included. For the kitchen: Grohe "46 298 LC0 Ladylux Plus Handspray" this one is designed to work with an existing Grohe faucet mount with the pull-out hose. the faucet model was also called the LadyLux (dating from at least 20 years ago?) although I believe, based on Amazon reviews, that there are some other Grohe kitchen models that this particular faucet head will work with, where the design of the faucet handle and base might be somewhat different between models, but the mount where the hose goes is the same.

Free: Two 50 watt incandescent floods (Magnuson) Expired - Per photo. Regifting as I don't have a use for them. They work. PLEASE READ: Drive-by pickup in my condo complex. Free: Wireless KB and mouse, Logitech (Magnuson) Gifted - PLEASE READ: Easy drive-by pickup in my condo complex. I only respond to replies that provide: (1) a clear intent to pick up, (2) a two-hour pickup time window (more info below), and (3) some kind of first name for a label. My reply will include directions. One complete message from you, one from me, and we're done. This is an older Logitech MK300 wireless keyboard (plus mouse and usb receiver) which miraculously works again after I finally took the keyboard apart to give it a thorough cleaning, because all of the directional keys had stopped working and air dusting didn't help. All the keys work now, but in the meantime I had bought a new set. Couple of issues: all of the letter keys have replacement labels on them (this keyboard has had a long life) and the battery compartment door has been missing for a while. Plug and play, works perfectly with Win 10 and probably started its life on Win 8. Mouse=2AA, KB=2AAA. Wired receiver=standard USB-A. I will take this to Goodwill if it's not gone by Sunday evening. Morning pickups need 12 hours advance notice and will be left out overnight. I will contact the next request in case of no-shows.

Free: Upholstery needles and pins (Magnuson) Gifted - What you see in the photo. Old, but only used for one project. PLEASE READ: Easy drive-by pickup in my condo complex. I only respond to replies that provide: (1) a clear intent to pick up, (2) a window of time according to the information below, and (3) a first name for a label. My reply will include directions. One complete message from you, one from me, and we're done. Generally, allow 12 hours for pickup communication and logistics, but if I'm home and happen to see a message quickly, I will accommodate shorter times if the timing works. Early morning pickups require 12 hours and will be left out overnight.

Free: Chinese rice cooking wine (Magnuson) Gifted - Almost full 750ml bottle of Chinese rice cooking wine (salted, so no ID required) which I bought not long ago, but today I found the real thing, more expensive and without the salt. Happy to give this one away. 15% alcohol with 1.5% salt, or 150 mg sodium per 2-Tbs serving. I will respond to those who provide a firm date and window of time for pickup, between 10am and 8pm only. Easy front door pickup in my condo complex, well-lit.

Request: 4-lb free weights? (or maybe 1-lb) (Magnuson) Expired - I'm trying to do more above-shoulder exercises with weights (highly recommended for us older folks) but find that my 5-lb hand weights are too heavy while the 3-lb ones are too light so I'm looking to acquire some 4-lb hand weights. Alternatively I could use 1-lb weights in combination with the 3-lb ones. NE Seattle locations are ideal, North Seattle in general is preferred, but I can travel somewhat south of the ship canal within the limits. Any farther out, I'll just pay the price and buy new, but I thought I would see if anyone out there has some hand weights that need a new home. Reliable picker-upper, afternoons preferred. Free: Microwave oven, kinda noisy (Magnuson) Expired - This is a working and very clean Kenmore microwave oven from 2008. 12-1/2" H x 22" W x 17" D The only problem is that it has become quite noisy over the last few years - but it otherwise works perfectly. I think there are possible solutions but no one thing jumped out as easy and obvious, and most involved trying to replace something inside. It's very heavy (probably over 40 pounds) and it's awkward. I had a much younger and stronger person help me swap ovens and put this one into the back of my car at my condo, because I don't have a private porch or garage. Arrangements will need to be made to meet me in person. It's in the back of my Prius V (the station wagon ) so it will be easy to get out of my car, but you must be able to get it into your car on your own or bring help. I will only respond to firm requests that include suggested pickup time windows starting on the 24th after 1pm, by which time the ice should be melted. Afternoons and early evening in general work for me.

Free: Folding bike rack (Magnuson) Gifted - By Hollywood Racks, I got it used a dozen years ago at least. Some of the padding needs replacing, but the big old rubber things still seem good. Photo cropped from the web shows the style on a sedan. It also worked fine on my old 98 Outback. Easy drive-by pickup at my condo complex, but I can only leave it outside my door for a couple of hours, so will need a window. Evenings are fine, early mornings are not, and it's okay to pick up when it's cooler after Saturday. ~Jan

Free: Tivo Premiere (ser4) w/Lifetime Svc (Magnuson) Gifted - This is a TiVo Premiere XL 74800, 2 tuners (aka Series 4, circa 2010) with the Product Lifetime programming subscription (recently renamed the "All-In Plan"). I forgot to check the size of the hard drive before I wiped my account info and access to the internal specs. I became the second owner in 2013 or 2014, and I might have replaced the hard drive at some point, but I can't remember (it's not my first - or last - TiVo). What it comes with: power cable TiVo remote control (backlight, but no ABCD buttons) TiVo Wi-Fi adapter with cable (or can use wired ethernet if preferred) What you will need: Cable television service M-type cable card from your cable TV provider HDMI cable (or component/composite connections if preferred). TiVo must re-register the unit to a new owner in order to transfer the lifetime programming subscription. This TiVo definitely works with Comcast/Xfinity cable TV. The multimedia cable card should be free to pick up from an Xfinity store. Comcast used to charge monthly for the card, but it's been free for several years. The TiVo community forum can answer questions such as whether this model works with TV service providers other than standard cable. It has a TV antenna input option on the back but I never tried it. Original specs are here: The Product Lifetime program subscription ("All-In Plan") means that there is no monthly DVR fee for the lifetime of this unit. The subscription is registered to my TiVo account, and I have to transfer it to a new owner, then the new owner has to contact Tivo to register it and set up a new account if you don't already have one. This link has more info: . Please provide a two-hour window of time to pick up on Saturday or Sunday (5/14-15) not earlier than 10am. Due to my exposed front door I don't want to leave this outside, so I will want to hand it over personally, but it's an easy pick-up in my Sand Point condo complex, all outdoors, masks preferred. I will need a full name and email address to give toTivo on Monday (live agent support is weekdays only). ~Jan
