Free: 28cm non stick, Tefal frying pan (Chelmsford CM2) Gifted This is non magnetic so not suitable for induction hobs. I've recently converted from gas to induction hob, hence this is no longer useful for me, though it was in regular use until the change.

Free: Set of 4 stainless steel saucepans (Chelmsford CM2) Gifted They're non-magnetic stainless steel, so unsuitable for induction hobs. 15cm milk pan plus 17cm, 19cm and 21cm pans. Neither the milk pan nor the 21cm pan has a lid. They aren't coated with non-stick. I've recently converted from gas to induction hob, hence these are no longer useful for me, though were in regular use until the change.

Free: Gas cooker with 'eye level' grill (Chelmsford CM2) Gifted Veteran Parkinson Cowan 1650 gas cooker with 'eye level' grill. Very old, but used until last week when, after having a heat pump to replace my gas boiler, I decided to go all electric and have my gas supply capped off. I've suffered a recent injury so I'm afraid I won't be able to assist with lifting. I expect two strong people will be needed to carry it from the kitchen. Located in Tile Kiln.

Free: Modern, light oak, double wardrobe (Chelmsford, CM1) Gifted This is located at my son’s house near Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford. Even though the top separates from the base unit, you’ll need two strong adults and a van to take this away. 3 door, 2 drawer, mirrored wardrobe and blanket chest. H 192cm, W 123cm, D63cm. Light oak, good condition. Cost £852 at today’s prices.

Free: Bathroom/kitchen? paint: Full 2.5L (Chelmsford CM2) Gifted Dulux bathroom paint. *Unused, 2.5 litre pot of Dulux bathroom paint with 'MouldTec' anti-mould. Assumed to be also suitable for kitchens. Colour: 'Atmosphere'. I wanted grey, but this is definitely blue, not blue/grey. [*Apart form test in photo, applied this week.]
