3 seater sofa bed that opens for a comfortable night sleep. With storage underneath see photos. It's not a perfect black colour as it has some wear. Many life years left. Velvet covers included Sizing: Height - 77 cm (at the back) Height - 57 (side) Length - 232 cm - double bed size Width - 134 cm We are ground flour so easy to take out via balcony. Not a heavy sofa. It can be disassembled into two pieces - you need a van.

Starting this week we are removing our carpet in the entire flat. It's a cream carpet in good condition and it would be great to ensure someone can reuse it. We will remove it room by room but it's a total of almost 60 square meters. We have bigger pieces and smaller pieces - would prefer someone takes it all (possibly in batches). Sizes Big bedroom 3.1*4.2 m, second bedroom is 4.1*2.5 m and the living room 5*2.8 m roughly - these are the biggest pieces. Hallway is 1.2*3.3 m and some other pieces...
