Eljer Lowboy toilet (Rohrersville)
Straight from the early '80s. Eljer "Lowboy" toilet in good, reusable condition. Removed from my mom's house, so that we could install a higher ADA compliant toilet with safety rails. The brown stuff in the photos is sediment that had collected in the tank, the toilet is actually quite clean. I'll include a new Fluidmaster fill valve, I have the rubber flush valve "flapper" for it as well.

Polyethylene pipe - 1" and 1/14" (Rohrersville)

Approx. 46' feet of each size. The 1" size seems to be intact, but the 1 1/4" had a leak at one end. Maybe good for irrigation, drainage or? Just to be clear, it's the brown/rust colored pipe, not the black coils of pipe.
