I hope this is in the spirit of the group. I was passing a small supermarket recently and saw a, for want of a better name, "box pallette" which had been filled with water melons I think. It occurred to me that it was very nearly ideal for use as a compost bin. So my suggestion is to keep an eye open for these if you have a garden and sufficient compostable material. I spoke to a staff member and they would have been happy for me to take it there and then. I would have but I don't have a garden. I hope that's of use to someone. The specific supermarket was the one on St Matthew's roundabout - incidentally named after the Matthew who in medieval days completed the whole roundabout in a single night. True story.

I would like two tall units like the left hand part pictured with cupboards or shelves of 40cm depth x 80cm width. They come in black supports too which I'd prefer. The shelves come in birch/beech. I'd prefer the latter. Many charity shops won't take this stuff for some reason.

Dual Deck Denon multi-CD deck (5 on turntable, 1 stuck in there - Matt Bianco I think) Denon Cassette recorder - I suspect only a drive belt needed. I can't find anyone to repair these locally and didn't use them much anyway. Can anyone use them. I have the leads and manuals as bought new.
