I think they’re sandstone, pretty sure either that or limestone. They’re smooth anyway. I forgot to measure them before leaving the house, will update with exacts later but they’re approx 45cm x 30cm and 8cm at tallest side.

The van had a pipe burst in January and a lot of water leaked on the floor, but other than a couple of internal doors with a bit of water damage it still seems pretty sound to me. The boiler is only a couple of years old. It measures 10.7m x 3.7m

Two wardrobes, frames only. 100 x 195cm Been used and got a bit beaten up being taken apart again, as seen in photos. I think all fixings are there other than the feet, one is missing and only one of the spiked nuts that get hammered in is there, as in pics. I have two, but if you just want one wardrobe that’s fine.

IKEA Hovag double mattress. The mattress body is in good condition, only 18 months old. The cover has some marks from drink spills, previously been used by a careless 10 year old... It's removable though for washing. I did try and wash it but couldn't fit the cover in my washing machine.
