I've used it for years. The color ports are clogged but it prints fine in black, although you still need the color cartridges in order to print. If you're good at working on it you might be able to get the color working too. It's also a scanner, copier and FAX. Here's the specs:

Novitech PS-026/B2 Paper Shredder (Affton)

It's a 5-sheet capacity. It works but it's temperamental. The paper sensor is spring-loaded and defective so you usually have to set it to reverse and then quickly to auto to get it to shred, and then you may have to repeat the process to get the paper fed completely.
