I would guess they'll clean up well with a Scotch-Brite pad, I am not a welder so I can't tell you if they're in usable condition. Also have some wire cleaning pads and some part of the kit that came with the drive rolls.

DIY teak chair project. Missing several barrel screws/nuts (had to cut them off to remove, the pieces are included to reference for finding correct replacements.) Replace the hardware, sand and oil, re-assemble, you've got a beautiful new chair. The wood is in great shape, all joints are tight with no wobbling.
