- Perfect condition, just too large for my hands. Not sure of exact size but approx 4-4.5cm in diameter. There are instruction videos on YouTube but basically you work towards smoothly rolling two around each palm with your thumb whilst meditating, and they make a soft chiming sound. Also good for hand exercise (but they are quite heavy!). Collect from doorstep.
