The Gplan three seater sofa is in reasonable condition. The fabric under the middle cushion is torn but can be easily repaired. One section has a reclining seat. The wooden frame is in excellent condition. The sofa would be great for anyone looking for a reupholstering project or is ok as it is. The sofa has been in a smoke free household. Needs collecting ASAP
