Music stand / projector stand / Printer stand etc (The Lanes BN1)
This was originally a stand to hold music, but I bought it as a stand for my home cinema projector, and later on as a stand for my printer to sit above my monitor. The top piece can be angled to suit and there is a knob to tighten and lock it into whatever angle you choose. Excuse the dust, I'll give it a clean before handing it over. The hight is 84cm, and although it can extend to 130cm I've lost the screw which holds the extension up, so if you want it to be permanently extended you could drill a hole for a screw or bolt to keep it locked there at your preferred hight. The legs at the bottom can also be adjusted for a wider or taller footprint for stability. Collection from Brighton BN1 1NA, Kings Road seafront by The Lanes. Priority given to same day collection.

L shaped Glass and metal desk - 2 of 2 -Various size options (The Lanes BN1)
One corner desk has gone now and I have the components of another corner desk available, plus an additional desk on the end. Size options: A) As the above images with one length of the corner desk 41.3" and the other length 31.5" plus the corner piece. Note I have already given the keyboard tray away with the first bundle. B) The extra desk to make one side much longer. Note that you can also use all three as separate free standing desks and remove the corner piece entirely if you want, configure it however you like. I have the link to the original build instructions PDF. The biggest glass table top is 41.3 inches x 23.2 inches. As long as that will fit laying down flat in your vehicle, then everything else is flat packed and will fit on top of it. Please ensure this fit otherwise I have to take it all back up several flights of stairs to my flat as we are not permitted to keep anything in the communal entrance hallway by the front door! I've had a few no-shows and last minute cancellations after reserving it which gets a bit of a pain to manage. Please ensure you have transport before contacting me. Collection from BN1 1NA on the Seafront by the Lanes and The Old Ship hotel. Taxi rank right outside the hotel where you will be OK for a few minutes to load up your car. Vax Dual Power Carpet Shampoo Cleaner (The Lanes BN1)

Vax dual power carpet shampoo cleaner in full working order. Model W86-DP-B, cost £140 at the time. I don't have the space for it as I have "upgraded" to a handheld instead. Put warm water and a dash of washing up liquid in the top compartment, turn it on, press the trigger to spray the cleaning solution on the carpet and slowly pull the machine toward you and watch it suck the cleaning solution back up into the bottom container and see how filthy your carpets actually are! When the bottom compartment is full it will stop sucking in any more fluid and you turn it off, unclip the bottom container and pour it down the drain / loo. You can also pour cleaning solution straight onto the carpet if you like and just suck it up without needing to put any cleaning solution in the top compartment. Both compartments would benefit from a good clean with the garden hose/pressure washer, alas I'm in a 4th floor flat. I can't justify it sitting in the corner of my bedroom anymore and would rather it go to someone who would make use of it. Bright orange filing cabinet with two lockable drawers + key. Black on the inside. Both drawers have rails for hanging files and I include a bunch of them inside to get you started. Measures 41cm width, 41cm depth, and 68cm high. Clean and tidy in great condition, only available as it's a few CM to tall to accommodate a new desk. Collection from Kings Road just in front of the Lanes, BN1 1NA It's pretty light weight, one person can carry it around. I work from home so can accommodate a collection time to suit. 145cm x 55cm x 40cm & 55cm x 70cm x 60cm Both quite thick walled. One was for a filing cabinet, the other a massive ultrawide computer monitor. You can basically get a person inside the bigger one! Seems a shame to cut them up for recycling if someone can use them for moving or sending something by courier. Collection from the seafront by the Lanes on Kings Road. Please double check your measurements so they suit your needs and can fit in your vehicle. Be quick though, they're taking up space. Cheers!

Three tier Tefal electric food steamer. Each basket is stackable and works with one, two or all three levels, and destacks for storage. Dishwasher safe, far easier to steam veg than boil in a saucepan while retaining all the goodness. Great for steaming veg, meat, rice, eggs etc. I was going to give it a descale before giving away it but don't have any kettle descaling liquid left. Works perfectly well but I would advise a regular descale to stop build up on the element like you would a kettle. Priority given to the person who can collect today, Friday 11th April. I'm on Brighton seafront Kings Road BN1 1NA near the Burger king. Bring a carrier bag if you have far to walk, unfortunately I don't have any left! Cheers :-)

Karabar XL Fabric Suitcase With Wheels & Retractable Handle (The Lanes BN1)

Karabar XL fabric suitcase with wheels and retractable handle, side and top fabric handles. Ideal for moving home or shifting a large volume of clothing. I've used it when moving house over the years but no longer have space to store it. Numerous additional zip up pockets both inside and out. The back has a solid frame to keep it sturdy. There is a small hole on the bottom side which can easily be repaired with something like an iron-on patch inside or simply sew it together. Fits luggage racks on trains, back seats/boot of car, etc. You can also put one of those plastic collapsible crates inside with room to spare if you have a lot of folded clothes you don't want to just stuff in there. Very Large & Strong Cardboard Box (The Lanes BN1)

Very large & thiccc cardboard box, plastic inset handles at each end, came as packaging for a 40kg ebike. Could be useful for transporting a TV, glass, mirror, picture, painting canvas or similar large and/or heavy item requiring decent protection in shipping, moving home etc. Size (closed, outer) 142cm length x 60cm Height x 30cm depth. The cardboard itself is just under 1cm thick, so bear that in mind and reduce the internal dimensions by around 1.5cm. All four of the closing flaps at the top are intact strong and attached. If not taken I'll slice it up for the recycling! Collection from Brighton Seafront BN1 1NA.
