Free: XL oversized comfy armchair (Fisher, east Vancouver) Expired Needs a van or truck to be moved. Probably won't fit into your compact SUV. Green floral. Normal wear and tear. Not perfect, a few snaps, but no rips or stains. Very comfy. Recently steam cleaned. No pets, no smoking.

Free: Perfect condition encyclopedia sets (Tully x Standiford) Gifted Set 1: Complete set of Encyclopedia Britannica, including indexes and book of the year for 2004 through 2009. Must take entire set. Moving and downsizing, worth about $300, maybe more, but I don't have time to sell it. Perfect condition, gilded page edges, looks amazing on the shelf. Set 2: (3rd photo) Compton's encyclopedia 2004. Complete set. Must take all. Perfect condition. Takes up less space on the shelf but still an excellent resource!

Free: Comfy dark red couch (Tully x Standiford) Gifted Nice, comfy, large couch, some fading but no rips or actual d damage to the fabric! No cats or dogs in house. Cushion covers are removable for washing. We can help load it.
