Free: Frameless shower screen and tray - 900x760 (Tunbridge Wells N. TN2) Shower screen is 1950mm high and 8mm glass. No damage, but needs silicon cleaning off. Also, the hex head on one of the hinged bolts is slightly rounded. Comes with installation instructions and spare seals. Stoned resin shower tray. The shower tray has 2 chips - see photos. These can be repaired. Due to damge on shower tray, I may consider splitting this listing, but will give preference to those who can take both the screen and the tray. Uninstalled and ready to collect. These are large heavy items - please bare this in minding when arranging collection.

Free: Electric underfloor heating cable (Tunbridge Wells N. TN2) 1m2 loose cable. The cable had something dropped on it and the insulation has been damaged (see photos). Inspected and tested by an electrician who said it was safe to use.

Free: Wall mounted taps (Tunbridge Wells N. TN2) Twyford. Not sure if anyone can use these. They came from an ex- display bathroom but are missing the back manifold.

Free: Bath over and pop-up waste (Tunbridge Wells N. TN2) This come with an ex-display bathroom I bought but was replace as the retaining nut for the hose attachment to the waste is missing. This could probably be replaced with a jubilee clip. Also, the hose fitting onto the overflow is quite tight - I don't think they come from the same set.

Free: Mapei Eco Prim bonding primer (Tunbridge Wells N. TN2) Used to prime tiles before tile-on-tile application. Can also be used for bonding prior to rendering, leveling etc. There is at least 3.5kg left - probably closer to 4. Covers approx 5m2 per kg. Opened 2 weeks ago.
