A fully functioning 8 HD camera system. 4 cameras used, in great condition, and 4 new in box. Comes with looooong cables to each camera. Power adapter to dvr, dvr for 16 channel, dvr remote, power adapter / supply to cameras. Cameras are 720HD - system is about 7-8 years old. You'll need a vga or hdmi cable to connect dvr to monitor.
