About 50 150mm x 75mm metro tiles, cream crackle glaze. Half a 20kg bag of ardex x7w tile adhesive. Tile spacers and adhesive spreader (unused)

Roll Of Black Plastic Sheeting (Rusholme M14)
Roll of black plastic sheet. Can be used under laminate as DPC. Also good for lining big planters and anything else a big plastic sheet is good for. I can't unroll to measure but there is at least 10 metres. See photo of end of roll

Roll of foam sheet. Useful for under laminate floors. Also good for protecting things being sent in post or for moving house. 1 metre wide. Probably about 8 meters on roll.

Ikea Kitchen Cabinet 50 x 60 cm Ikea Kitchen Sink Cabinet 60 x 60 cm Ikea Sink with drainer (and mixer tap) 70 x 50 cm Section of Beech Counter Top 115 x 62 cm Cabinets will need new legs but otherwise fine - I think they are Metod I can't hang to these for very long so will have to prioritise anyone who can collect quickly - apologies, I know this is not great for people without easy access to cars.
