Free: Vintage Kilner Jars (Taverham NR8) Gifted Two different sorts. 1. Pre-1948 Original jars with glass tops and screw rings. Later style of kilner jars and screw rings. Plus a pack of sealing discs. These are the 1970s style that was called the 'improved' Kilner jar that took single use metal sealing discs with the seal incorporated. We have 7 x 2lb (I think) jars. Free: water butts (Taverham NR8) Expired Old water butts. One was a blue commercial juice (or similar) container with a lid cut out, the other is pretty old and has no lid. They are old, but neither are split. The blue one has an attachment for a tube at the base. (We often use a meter (ish) long tube (available from pond and aquaria supplies) instead of a tap to fill watering cans as it's much faster. We just hook the end of the tube up above the level of the water when not in use and lower it to let water out). They're not pretty, but fine for an allotment if a cover is fitted to prevent wildlife drowning. Have one or both. For collection from Taverham any day or time, but by prior arrangement only. Thanks
