water butts (Taverham NR8) Old water butts. One was a blue commercial juice (or similar) container with a lid cut out, the other is pretty old and has no lid. They are old, but neither are split. The blue one has an attachment for a tube at the base. (We often use a meter (ish) long tube (available from pond and aquaria supplies) instead of a tap to fill watering cans as it's much faster. We just hook the end of the tube up above the level of the water when not in use and lower it to let water out). They're not pretty, but fine for an allotment if a cover is fitted to prevent wildlife drowning. Have one or both. For collection from Taverham any day or time, but by prior arrangement only. Thanks

house plant purple leaved tradescantia (Taverham NR8) Promised Purple stripey leaved tradescantia. The tips are in good condition but the bases are straggly and I have taken cuttings to start off fresh plants, but there is plenty of cuttings material left if anyone would like the plants. Weed suppressing fabric (Taverham NR8) Withdrawn Black weed suppressing fabric. Spunbound type, not woven. 2 part-used rolls and a folded piece. It's lightweight and would need to be used under another layer such as decking / slabs / bark mulch etc. It's not robust enough to be walked on directly and tends to break down when exposed to UV light so not suitable to be used on its own without another layer on top. Echinops (Taverham NR8) Gifted Recently dug up Echinops plants, transferred into plastic sacks for transporting. The flower colour is a blue-ish grey. About 3 ft - 3ft 6" tall. Bees love it. A clump of Monkshood (hardy perennial) (Taverham NR8) Gifted This plant is aconitum. It is a clump forming hardy perennial (so it dies down in winter and regrows in spring) and grows to about 2 -3 feet tall and has deep blue flowers in mid-late summer. BUT ALL PARTS OF THE PLANT ARE HIGHLY POISONOUS, and you need to wear gloves to handle it. Please don't request this plant if you have children (or vulnerable adults), or children visit your garden. For collection from Taverham.

2 wooden folding chairs (Taverham NR8) Expired Old and tatty, but still sound. The varnished surface of one chair is in worse condition than the other. If you'd like them please say when you could collect them from Taverham.

Carpet approx 6ft 2" x 10ft 1" brown with slight speckle (Taverham NR8) Gifted The carpet is in good condition but may have some indentations from heavy furniture. It's a sort of milk chocolate colour with a paler speckle (the pencil sharpener in the photo is to show the scale). It's hessian backed, I can't remember what it's made of, but there is at least some man-made fibre. From a pet and smoke free home. For collection from Taverham.

Per Una skirt (read details) for project (Taverham NR8) Expired Another sewing challenge: this is a size 16 Per Una skirt with turquoise lining. Both skirt and lining are 100% polyester, washable at 30 deg. The skirt has panels with triangular inserts. The sort of skirt that can be twisted and worn crinkled. It was too big and I stored it in the loft but, when I got it down to give it to a charity shop, the elastic had perished. Probably in last year's heat. It was only worn a couple of times and seems a shame to bin it. Can anyone make use of it? For collection from Taverham.

Laura Ashley dress (read details) for project (Taverham NR8) Gifted Does anyone fancy a sewing challenge? A vintage Laura Ashley sun dress in a size 10 or 12, but there is a slit in the centre of the front of the bodice where I intended to try to alter the fit but instead wrecked a perfectly good dress. It was only worn once or twice. The dress has a side zip and straps that button on at the back. The material is very pretty; a pale buttery yellow background with a pattern of blue birds and green and pink sprigs. For collection from Taverham.

Large polystyrene boxes (Taverham NR8) Expired 6 large (approximately large microwave size) polystyrene boxes with lids. The sort of box used to transport food or tropical fish etc. Might be of use for someone de-frosting a freezer? Can go separately. Just trying to keep them out of landfill. Pot of black bamboo (plant) (Taverham NR8) Gifted Plant of Black bamboo (Phyllostachys nigra) in a large plastic pot. This plant is a division taken from a clump a couple of years ago, so it is well rooted. It's not in great condition, having got too dry when we were away from home, but once in the ground it should be happier. BUT.... We have heard that some varieties of phyllostachys are flowering, and if it does flower, it will set seed and die. (Our clumps in the ground show no sign of flowering. Yet ). Straggly Salvias for rescue/propagation (Taverham NR8) Gifted Is anyone interested in shrubby salvias that have been in pots all their life? They are straggly but could be coaxed into producing cuttings material (salvias root easily from cuttings). The pots are terracotta, so I intend to keep those and transfer the plants into bags. The varieties are Royal Bumble (red), Peach Parfait (pale orange), Peach Cobbler (darker orangey salmon), Cerro Potosi (cerise), Neon (cerise). For collection from Taverham.
