Full XL sized futon with a washable cover and for cushions. 55x80" as a bed, 48x80" as couch. In great condition, I just don't have space for it in my small condo. It can be disassembled into a base, two platforms, and the mattress. I can help disassemble and get it to your vehicle, but can't do it by myself. From a house with cats, but always covered with a set of sheets in addition to the washable cover. Clean but not recommended for anyone highly allergic. At ground level but with one set of stair up and one back down. Please respond with a couple times over the next week you can come by for pickup, and what size vehicle you have available so to avoid issues at pickup. Priority to folks who respond with this info and have offered items in the past, I'll wait a few hours for fair offer policy!
