Free: Ceiling Lights (Hele TQ13) Expired Four, three armed ceiling lights in a brass finish. Approx. height 45cms, width 35cms. In working order and complete with six bulbs although another six needed to complete the set. Please note we live at Hele on the edge of Ashburton, not Torquay.

Free: Neff Dish Washer (Hele TQ13) Expired An integrated Neff Dishwasher, 8 years old and in good working order. Being disposed of as it doesn't fit in with the new kitchen. Front décor panel can be removed and replaced if necessary. Please note that we live at Hele, outside of Ashburton, and not Hele, Torquay. Item has been cleaned and is ready for collection.

Free: Bookcase (Hele TQ13) Gifted This is a pine finished bookcase with a pull-out section at the bottom; the pull-out section is on casters. The dimensions are H205cms, W42cms, D30cms. It has too small holes in the back for electric cables and behind the pull-out section a piece has been cut away the size of a double socket. The areas cut away are not visible when the pull-out section is in place and the shelves are in use with books, etc. Please note we live at Hele outside of Ashburton and not Hele, Torquay.

Spare drawer runners included from plinth drawers. Requires a new worktop and plinth cover. Sink and appliances not included, only that listed below. The kitchen will be ready for collection – no delivery – in the first week in September. It must be gone by 8 September when, if there are no takers, it will be broken up and placed in a skip.
