Free: G Plan 3 seat sofa and armchair (East Grinstead RH19) Very comfortable, good condition but slightly faded beige fabric. Has fire safety label. Settee 6ft/183cm Long. 32 inch/81cm deep. 40inch/102cm high(top of back to floor) 24inch/60cm floor to top of arm. Chair 3ft/90cm wide. 33inch/84cm deep. 40inch/102cm high. Will need a van. It’s good quality and heavy. Advertising for neighbour.

Free: Vinyl floor tiles. (East Grinstead RH19) Gifted Two complete packs, (22tiles) from Wickes. B & Q , 9 tiles. Coverage size on packs. Know these are different designs, but maybe useful to someone clever who can create a great floor design from them!

Free: Flooring. (East Grinstead RH19) Gifted Can anyone use these? There are 9 planks of the darker shade(so a box and a half, can’t do the maths to know how much that would cover, sorry) and 5 planks of the lighter shade in the bottom of the picture . Planks are adhesive . Been stored for a while but all seem to be in good condition.

Free: Chest of drawers x 2. (East Grinstead RH19) Gifted 5 drawer chest is 46” high, 24.5” wide, 18” deep. 3drawer chest is 30” high, 16.5” wide. 18” deep. . Beige melamine, some marks but think they could be cleaned up. Posting for a neighbour who isn’t online.

Free: Melamine covered shelves (East Grinstead RH19) Expired I can’t find the message, someone was asking for worktop. I’ve got 4 melamine covered shelves , white. 29cm wide 70cm long, 2cm deep. Wonder if they might be of use to the person who wanted worktop as a stopgap?

Free: Conifer tree in pot x2 (East Grinstead RH19) Gifted 6foot/2metres tall. Don’t think you will be able to take out of the pot alive, unless you destroy the pot. Heavy.

Free: Offcut of Vinyl flooring. (East Grinstead RH19) Gifted Left over from project. 1m 33cm x 1m 19.5 cm. There’s a smaller off cut, same pattern, 28cm x 1m 80cm. This is grey/white. Not brown like it looks in the picture.

Free: Vinyl Floor Tiles (East Grinstead RH19) Expired Four packs of tiles, similar designs of black diamond pattern. Green pack will cover 1.02m squared each pack. Red pack will cover 0.557m squared each pack. Maybe someone can use and create a good design?

Free: Paint, Vinyl Matt. Butterscotch Syrup. (East Grinstead RH19) Gifted Bought wrong colour. This was going to go over yellow walls, and was too dark. Guess would come up as proper colour over white walls. Nearly full 5 litres.

Free: Sony television and stand. Old style NOT flat screen (East Grinstead RH19) Gifted Television works ok when connected to a sky/digital box via scart lead. 27” screen. Tv is 31”/79 cm wide. 21”/53cm deep. 20”/50cm high. Stand 31” wide. 17.5”/44cm high, has two shelves. Tv is heavy, needs two people to lift.
