This is an absolutely beautiful Ercol bookcase. It has signs of wear and tear but they are barely noticeable because it’s such a good looking piece. I am only gifting as it no longer suits my requirements. It will need 2 people to remove as it’s upstairs and I cannot help with lifting.

This is a deeper than normal picture frame that was gifted to me. The original owner was going to use it for a project, as was I but I never got round to it. It’s a shame just to bin it. It will need the back attaching again with small tacks/panel pins or the like.

This is a cat/small dog bed. This was well loved by my cat but it still has plenty of life in it and love to give. It does look a little grubby but it has been well used - it’s the only bed she would use! It will need a deep clean. I washed the cushion pad inside but it could do with another wash and the outer hut cleaning.

A mahogany/cherry wood style reproduction decorative side board with drawer. This has signs of wear and tear as it has been used over many years but is still in good condition. It is approx 80 x 39 x 73 cms (w x d x h). I no longer have use for this and it’s a shame to tip it 😊

A bed lever to fit a SLATTED bed base. I used it on a wooden slatted king size bed. The strap is to make sure it’s secure under the mattress and therefore can’t move - this can be adjusted accordingly to the size of the bed. You can also adjust the length of the metal base area too.

This is a recently opened tub of all itch cat treats there is about 60 in a tub and I tried about 3 I think. The tub is worth about £20 but my cat is extremely fussy so I couldn’t get her interested. It would be a shame for me to bin them.
