I haven't tried the keys to see if they work with the lock or if all the hardware is present. Glass looks intact but I didn't take it out of the box. As is. Shelf: 46" long, 4.5" deep Rod: 1.5 " wide Weight: approximately 7 pounds. May need some refinishing. You would need to put hardware on the back to hang.
