Petrol Generator (Not Starting) (Purley CR8)

Toolstation petrol generator. Max output 720w. Can't start it, but someone having more experience with engines might be able to get it going, if you're willing to put in the effort. The fuel switch has also snapped, but can be turned with pliers. Been in a garage for years, and has some rust, particular to the steel exhaust/radiator parts, see pictures. Collection from Purley, afternoons or evenings this week, excluding Thursday.
