Steering wheel disability knob&pad (Maidstone ME15)

Is there anyone out there who no longer needs or is trying to sell a disability steering wheel knob and associated pad system for turning on lights, indicators etc. We have one in our car in cyprus but its old and has now broken and we need to replace it. Lodgesons refuse to sell it to us directly to take over to Cyprus, as they did the first time because their policy has changed, - The new model steering controls from Lodgesons is model R213 - so we need to find one privately. Other suppliers want to fit it to the car themselves but this is not possible as the car is not in the UK. The car is a Toyota RAV4. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
