Condition is used - tabletop has a few spots where the finish is a bit worn(see photos), but still useable (we were using it without issue). Chairs come with seat pads. Comes with all hardware necessary to assemble. Dimensions are: 42” diameter without leaf 42” x 60” with leaf 29.5” tall
