Free: 3-Way HDMI switch (Thorpe Bay (SS1)) 3 way HDMI smart switch Complete with PSU, and IR remote. Was working fine last time used (5 years ago - but stored since. Update - Remote doesn't appear to work, could be the battery, but I didn't check. Other than that , it cycles through the inputs by using the button on the unit. Free: Hand operated lawn mower. SS1 (Thorpe Bay (SS1)) Gifted 38cm Hand Push Cylinder Lawnmower. Made by McAllister. Model number MCMP38. Approximately four years old. Complete with handbook. Was used for a small lawn (30 sq metres) Ok for light trimming, but would struggle with long grass. Get cutting soon, as the grass is now starting to get going. :-)

Free: Wall tiles (Thorpe Bay (SS1)) Expired Wall tiles. Size: 247mm x 147mm (Approx 9 1/2" x 7 1/2") Colour: Light blue (cloud effect pattern) Qty:12 (11 uncut & 1 cut short) This will cover an area of approx half a square metre, but would be ok for a sink splashback or similar.

Free: 600mm kitchen drawer (Thorpe Bay (SS1)) Expired 600mm B&Q kitchen drawer. Approx 20 years old, but in good condition. This is just the drawer itself, and comes with all of the runners and fittings. (Bagged in photo) It currently has a drawer front fitted, but this can be easily replaced.
