Medium size rolltop computer desk. Bottom 'file drawer' is actually where printer and paper go, has pull out shelf and two card file drawers. Only damage is to the finish on desk surface and top. (I just can't get people to use a coaster!) Top comes off for moving. No key for rolltop. Two people and a truck required to move it.

Kimball Baby Grand Piano Model 5100 (El Cajon)

Good condition, unsure what kind of wood. Includes bench and lots of sheet music. Piano measures 58"x57". Must be professionally moved, is on 2nd floor but with direct access to stairs. Bought for my son several years ago but then he went and moved to Europe!
