This small table has solid wood legs and frame plus a chipboard top with a Formica/melamine veneer. Dimensions (cm): 74 H x 75 L x 46 W If required, the legs could be trimmed with a saw to lower the top. The legs do not unbolt, but the top can be unscrewed from the frame (8 Philips screws).

Two identical writing cases with pockets for business cards, photo and a notepad. The main compartment of each writing case will accommodate circa 100 A4 sheets plus an envelope large enough to contain them. The lids are secured by a spring latch, and the exterior of each case has two eyelets that will allow the case to be carried by a shoulder strap or similar. The case exteriors are a little scuffed and could do with a clean, but are otherwise in good condition. The interiors are pristine.

Size 7 fleece-lined vintage leather boots, probably bought in Canada. They are structurally in good condition, but arguably a bit lacking in terms of aesthetic appeal. They would be fine as hiking boots, but their soles are not well suited to rock climbing. The boots are quite heavy at 700 grams / 1lb 8 oz. each.
