Futon (Moulsham CM2) Gifted Wooden futon with red and yellow pads. Opens out from chair to single bed. Mainly solid but a couple of the struts need screwing in. Came as part of a Flexa bed set.

Wooden Wardrobe (Moulsham CM2) Gifted White. Very solid. Some signs of wear and tear and knot marks. 84cm wide by 190cm tall. Will need 2 people to collect it.

Gaming Chair (broken) (Moulsham CM2) Expired Gaming chair for spares or repair. Main body of chair is fine but one arm has snapped off (the other is fine but faded) and one of the casters has broken off (now missing in action). Housing for it is broken.

Metal Loft Bed (Moulsham CM2) Gifted White bed frame, dismantled for collection. Suit child, currently used by 10 year old who is getting a bigger bedroom. Takes standard single 3ft mattress (not included). Clearance under bed approx 148cm. Solid, but some signs of wear.

Wooden Shed for spares or repair (Moulsham CM2) Expired Roof in excellent condition, unlike the rest of the shed. Shed is approx 3.6 wide x 2.1 deep (12' x 7'). Has rot to rear and some woodworm at lower levels, which doesn't seem to have climbed. Floor has mostly rotted away. I replaced the roof a few years back and it is very solid, so if you need a new roof for your shed this could be ideal. Or if you fancy building a shed and putting my roof on top. If not it could be a bit of a project as it's pretty knackered. Roof size is approx 4 x 2.45. Left hand set of windows missing. You're welcome to take a look before deciding.
