Got this off here a few years ago, it was cream and I painted it pink! Now time for a new home, could do with touching up cosmetically. Really simple assembly, 3 parts with 4 bolts and that's it!

Older model, still works BUT it seems to let a bit of water out underneath when in use, might be fixable but I've not got the skills. Also can't find the plastic top for top of water tank but works without this. Might be able to get stopper separately or use something else or when I find it I can let you know!
