Request: cans of spray paint (Milton G22) Cans of spray paint, gold silver green, any shade even part used cans would be useful its for a project that my granddaughter is doing. I can collect from most central glasgow or milngavie/bearsden areas. Request: Rubber Matting padding thick/strong/dense (Milton G22) Need about a square metre to put under a treadmill for a disabled person who can only walk slowly with support on both sides.

Request: rubber matting (Milton G22) Expired I need it to cushion a treadmill that I use to get a bit of movement in legs. I'm an OAP and disabled but have to make an effort to keep joints going. Preferably at least 1 x 2 mtrs or less and I could try to just cushion points where it touches floor and lessen the noise for my upstairs neighbor. He hasn't complained but always best to do best lol.

Request: treadmill (Milton G22) Expired I am old / disabled and no longer able to get out for walks as I used to but would like a treadmill so that I can do slow walking without having to worry about tripping over something ( I can hold onto a rail next to where my son will put the treadmill ) I can organise someone/ possibly 2 people to collect when most convenient. Free: microwave (Milton G22) Gifted This works perfectly, my son has moved back home to us and we need a bigger microwave for some of the things he buys, there`s a wee bit of rust under the plate but it works perfectly well and is clean inside and out with no other visible marks.
