Free: Vintage / Retro Stool for dressing table (Brasenose OX11) Solid wood frame with re-upholstered seat; I think it’s made from oak with a stain, no loose joints, all good. Seat height from floor is 43cm. Overall dimensions in cm are 41 wide by 41 deep by 51 high at the curved back.

Free: 1980’s commercial cassette recordings (Brasenose OX11) Promised 39 cassette tapes of 1980’s music. Our neighbours left these behind when they emigrated about 20 years ago and we no longer want them.

Free: Men’s fleece (Brasenose OX11) Gifted The fleece is M&S Blue Harbour range size Medium. The colour is two tone, mainly charcoal with some mid grey detailing. I’ve found this at the back of a wardrobe our son used before he moved out several years ago. The fleece feels warm and soft and is in good condition apart from a missing toggle on the right hand draw string; all zips open and close OK. Collect from Didcot

Free: Clothes airers (Brasenose OX11) Taller rack has two panels each 140 high by 50 cm wide. The link between the two panels at the top has been repaired. The shorter rack has three panels each 90 cm high by 50 cm wide

Free: Patterned full length cotton curtains with separate linings (Brasenose OX11) We had these curtains made to measure by John Lewis in Reading in 1984 to hang over our patio doors. They have a large pattern of Chinese style scenes design called “Marco Polo”. The material is marked as 100% cotton, machine washable up to 60C, hot tumble drying and hot iron. Each curtain is 240cm wide by 210cm drop with pinch pleats drawn in to a width of 145 cm. The pleats still have the metal hangers (see photo). The separate lining appears to be cotton as well, but I cannot see any care instructions marked. The lining is a little faded in places but the curtain fabric appears unaffected by the sun.

Free: Green patterned cotton lined curtains (Brasenose OX11) We bought this pair of ready made curtains in 1998 from a homeware store (now gone) on the Fairacres estate in Abingdon. They are each 220cm wide by 175cm drop. The pencil pleating has been drawn in for a 10 ft (305cm) curtain rail. Possibly they are a little faded at the edges exposed to the sun. The curtains were washed but not ironed after we took them down for redecorating our lounge earlier this year.

Free: Mirror (Brasenose OX11) The mirror has bevelled edges and very minor loss of silvering at the edge. Size 30cm wide by 45cm high. Drilled top and bottom for wall fixture with nylon inserts in the holes.

Free: Child's play tent (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Approximately 65 cm square base by 90 cm high. Light indoors use only. Our grandchildren have outgrown it. Suit ages about 2 to 4 years.

Free: Heated seed trays (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Two Stewart brand electrically heated seed trays for germination of seed, either sown directly into the tray or in smaller pots. The green one has a 12 watt heater on the black one is 8 watts and they run off the mains. The lids are not the original ones as I can’t find them. I have tested the resistance of each and the heating elements work with the correct resistance for the rated power.

Free: Assorted baking tins (Brasenose OX11) Gifted 10 items in total, all are steel except one aluminium cake tray which is approximately 40x21x4 cm. The two smallest round tins have removable bases.

Free: Dimplex dehumidifiers (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Both are over 10 years old and have not been used for about 5 years. The fans and motors run but otherwise not tested before offering. I have one instruction book and I think the instructions are also still available online. Dimensions in cm are 48 h by 35 w by 15 deep. The cream coloured one has some minor damage to the rear casing

Free: Vintage Electrolux vacuum cleaner (Brasenose OX11) Gifted This late 1970's Electrolux 504 model vacuum cleaner came out of the back of our understairs cupboard recently. I’ve checked that it works. It’s complete with all accessories and instruction book. The dust bags are re-usable after emptying but should be changed every few months. I’ve put a new bag in it and there’s another 8 spares so maybe 18 to 24 months supply. There’s also a new set of drive belts.

Free: Indesit automatic washing machine (Brasenose OX11) Expired This washing machine is several years old (>7?). It hasn't been used since March this year. The enamelling is a bit rusty under the powder drawer (open in the photo). Collection from Didcot by 5 September at the latest. It's quite heavy so will need 2 people to move (and a suitable van).

Free: Two lampshades (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Two nearly new lampshades. Sunny yellow colour. The larger is about 20cm tall with a base diameter of 29cm and top diameter of 25cm. The smaller one is about 18cm tall with base diameter of 24 cm and top diameter of 19cm

Free: Mirror for wall mounting (Brasenose OX11) Gifted The mirror is 66cm by 126cm and is pictured on a double bed to give impression of size. It came from our bathroom which is being refitted. The mirror is pre-drilled for 6 screws (not included as they weren’t reusable ) .

Free: Braun hand blender (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Stick blender model 4191 with attachments. All working except the 350ml chopper attachment needs a new blade.

Free: Child’s seat and step for toilet (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Two tone blue training seat and white with blue anti-slip detail step. These have been little used at our house as the grandchildren grew out of needing them during the Covid19 lockdowns. (The mat in the photo is not included. )

Free: Vintage teddy bear for restoration (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Teddy dates from mid 1950’s. His legs and head are loose and there are a few patches of wear on his fur. The leather on his paws looks original but may have been restitched some years ago.

Free: Stool with folding steps (Brasenose OX11) Gifted This step stool is about 50 years old. It is about 64cm high and the seat is about 34cm square. There is a cut in the covering of the seat. The paint on the metal frame is a bit chipped and there are paint spots on the seat from my use when decorating. The stool is functional and the steps are secure to for me stand on.

Free: Unused roofing felt (Brasenose OX11) Gifted This is half a 10m roll and is approximately 5 m long by 1 m wide and should be sufficient for a small shed. The other half covered our 6ft x 6ft shed about 5 years ago and has not deteriorated. The shed however is now rotten after 25 years and will need replacement rather than re-roofing again.

Free: Glass Topped Coffee Table (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Coffee table is oval shaped black tempered glass, two lower part shelves with chromed legs. There are a few light scratches on the top. Probably weighs over 10kg. Size 100x60 cm top and 40 cm high.

Free: Free standing dressing mirror (Brasenose OX11) Gifted Dressing mirror has a wooden frame approximately 38x22x58 cm (w, d, h). The shield shape mirror is approx 30x40 cm, it can be angled within the frame to suit and has some small spots of deterioration of the mirror backing
