Free: Jerusalem artichokes (SE16) Expired Jerusalem artichokes from my garden, totally organic. Can be used as seed if you want to grow your own. Amazing flavour, diabetes-friendly. Can be boiled, stir-fried, in soups, risotto, you name it. Very versatile. The only thing to bear in mind are its side effects. (They are also known as fartichokes.) One bag of ~500g each.

Free: Swivel chair for kids (SE16) Gifted A turquoise swivel chair with a padded seat and backrest. Adjustable height and backrest. For children of 120-140cm height (47”1/4 - 55” 1/8). In good condition. Stained (per picture) but clean - I have just washed it.
