These are barely used and there is no caking of the contents. The total is about 85 g of chemical. I thought it could be used to remove wine stains, but should have purchased sodium metabisulphate instead. This product is used to sterilize bottles when making wine. In a spill proof baggie available for porch pick up for your wine making pleasure.
