Free: Apple USB-A to Lightning (San Anselmo, near the "hub") Gifted Apple USB-A to Lightning cable for iPhone. A small part of the cable's outer coating has deteriorated, exposing the wiring (approx. 1/4") - the wiring still looks solid and not frayed. I've been using it without any problems but bought a new one while on vacation. It's about 38" long.

Free: Micellar Casein Protein Powder (San Anselmo, near the "hub") Gifted Muscle Feast Micellar Casein Protein powder, All Natural, Pasture Raised, Hormone and Soy Free. I've been buying the unflavored 2 lb. tubs for years, thought I'd try the chocolate flavor and don't care for it. Plus they changed the packaging to a plastic bag and this one won't re-seal (like a zip lock bag should) - you have to use clips to keep it closed. And now the unflavored only comes in a 4lb. bag - major bummer! I only used one scoop of this chocolate version, so what you're getting is an expensive, very highly rated, open 2lb. bag of protein powder.
