Small wardrobe (Burntwood WS7)

Lovely dark pine colour wardrobe in excellent condition, suit small guest bedroom or child's room. Excellent condition and really sturdy but on castors so easy to move around. Two useful drawers below. 76.5 cms wide, 53 cms deep and 128 cms high. PLEASE NOTE: Wardrobe is upstairs and we cannot assist getting it downstairs so it will be a two person job to get it down to ground floor. Stairs have a return so a small landing to stop and have a rest!

Wooden bird table, wood quite sound but needs a good clean/sand down. Bird spikes on roof easily removed (failed attempt to keep pesky pigeons at bay) as are small wooden struts on sides. Does dismantle to get in to car.

A few towels, used but plenty of life in them yet, mainly dark peach colour; 2 x Portuguese cotton double blankets, heavy and warm, very expensive when first bought; double duvet cover with pillow case, dark plum in colour. used once; sage green cotton bath mat, with leaves in raised relief. Also 2 x single bed valances, cream colour, with box pleats - not shown as they need a good iron! Happy to split.

Small home office desk (Burntwood WS7)
Useful little desk, light beech colour. 120L x 72 cms H x 40 cms D (desk top), shelving end 172 cms H. Came as flat pack and still have assembly instructions but might be safer to move in two pieces by taking shelving unit off. Any takers will have to move it from upstairs which will be a two person job. It's quite sturdy with good storage compartments underneath. It is only the desk and nothing else in the picture. Offering as I just need a bigger workspace.

Filing cabinet, Viking Office make, old but in good working order. 48 cms wide, 65 cms deep, 75 cms high. Good, solid construction and comes with quite a few hanging files in both drawers. Have lost the keys so it can't be locked. Please be aware it is quite heavy and will be a 2 man/strong woman job to get it downstairs and we cannot help.

5/6 Bergenia plants. Tough as old boots, good for sun or shade. One dark pink, think the others are paler pink. Some could be split into smaller clumps. Take one or two, or the lot. Just been dug up but last for ages out of the ground with some water.

Old BSA Folder folding bike. In good overall condition (a very few small rust spots) but needs TLC. Unable to re-position saddle which drops down to base and cannot get it to stay up - just needs someone with stronger hands to adjust tightening bolt. Being old it's solidly built so not the lightest but it is a comfortable ride. I've invested in an electric folding bike so this no longer required. 16" wheels and Sturmey Archer 3 speed gears.

2 x Fairy Camelias, one pale pink flowers, the other white, plus Mahonia (not sure which one). All spring flowering, all evergreen, 2-3 years old. Outgrowing the space they're in so sadly have to go. Will need to be dug up on day of collection and not sure how big rootballs are so come prepared with large plastic bags! I'll assist with digging out. Take one, two or all three.

Large plastic tub with handles and drainage holes. Ideal for fruit trees or shrubs on an allotment or in the garden, comes with our without rhubarb! Rhubarb doesn't seem to do well for me in the tub. Will empty of soil as very heavy otherwise. Dims = 59 cms/23" dia at top, height 51cms/20".

Garden recliner chairs someone might be able to make use of. No cushions but quite comfy without. Nothing really wrong with them but signs of wear with small patches of rust here and there as shown and knobs to lock in recline position a bit stiff but otherwise quite serviceable. Head cushion missing on one and the elasticated band on the other is very loose. N.B. The cat is NOT included!

2 x Anthurium plants and 1 Peace Lily. Anthuriums re-potted when I split mother plant and have come on a treat but I don't need them. The larger one in brass pot in picture is the mother plant which I'm keeping but shown so you can see flowers - it's just the two smaller ones that are offered. Peace Lily will grow too big for the place I had it but seems a shame to just bin it.
