Description: Original 1950s concrete coal bunker available for free to whoever can collect. This is made of heavy precast concrete panels. It’s in great condition and would be perfect for an allotment owner to repurpose as a compost bin or for heavy-duty garden storage. Largest panel 105cm x 105 cm. Construction: • The Lid & Base: Has a ridge underneath that slots over the sides to hold everything in place. • The Sides: Made of thick, heavy concrete panels, with metal pin in corner to hold • Requirements: You will need a van (or a very large estate car), a second or third pair of hands for lifting as the panels are heavy.
