4m half round 110mm black guttering plus oddments (Wellington TF1)
Used and with some slightly out of true. The uncompressed outer edge is about 117m but I believe these are 110mm size. Listing the 4m sections but there are a number of oddments from 50cm up to 2m as well. I have one 4m 100mm square as well but this is old and hard to get fixings for. Can let these go in a job lot or as needed. Overall condition is not bad (taken down after moving in because they were not correct capacity for the roof they were draining) and the 4m sections have clean ends (some of the oddments have silicone sealant on). One piece has an end fitting but otherwise I have no clips or unions or down pipes.

Large collapsible ironing board (Wellington TF1)

Heavy duty old Beldray metal ironing board. The board is about 4ft long, and 15” wide at widest point. Storage when folded it stands just under 5ft high and 18” wide (the feet). Couple of joints a little loose when folding and has had a couple of repairs but stands very steady and the feet grip the floor well. Inherited from a new house so can’t speak to use but it is quite clean, minimal wear/rust though the top cover could probably use a wash or replacement. There is a standing plate at the end for placing the iron down but this is covered at the moment (you can see the plate on the underside photo).

Panasonic Dimension 4 800W microwave grill oven (1997) (Wellington TF1)

This is an old microwave from back when Panasonic built them to last and it is a bit of a beast in size. Check the dimensions are ok - 558mm wide by 520mm deep by 389mm high. I acquired this second hand but it was in the end too big. I have tested all the buttons, checked the microwave power, the grill and oven warm as expected and the display is all working. The oven is a convection one. Includes the all the turntable and shelf items with the exception of the plastic splash cover. Original manual and other than a tiny bit of paint spatter on the top, As far as I can tell it is in full working order. The manual provides details for microwaving, baking, grilling, convection cooking and various combinations. You will need to read the instructions so if looking for something simple, I wouldn’t recommend this. I’ll reiterate that this microwave is nearly 30 years old (see photo of the back) but it is really well built and undamaged so may well suit someone who wants a flexible cooking appliance. Fair offers on this but it does need a better home than my garage so please do ask if any questions
