Free: Last Call - Two Pretty Biscuit / Shortbread Metal Tins (Kirkley NR33) Was going to throw these out into recycling but they are quite pretty and someone might have a use for them - would make a nice sewing kit box, or could simply be used to keep biscuits in! If no takers I will recycle them in the blue bin.

Free: Last Call - Headphones (bought 2021) Right side not working (Kirkley NR33) Gaming headphones bought early 2021 - right hand side has stopped working and no idea if that can be fixed or not. They weren't expensive (probably under £20) and as you can see from the photo the padding covering has started to peel off a little. If no takers I will take them to the household waste site but if anyone wants them they are free to whoever asks first and can collect.

Free: Plastic Toilet Roll Holder (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Toilet Roll Holder - approximately 13" tall and will accommodate 3or 4 standard rolls. We have just replaced our bathroom and now have a wall-mounted holder so have no need for this. Was going to stick it in the blue bin but I thought someone might want one...will dispose of it soon if no takers

Free: Linen Basket (Kirkley NR33) Gifted This linen basket used to belong to my mum...when she went into residential care we took it for a while and it did a good job, but we have just replaced it with a new one to go in our new bathroom. It could do with a bit of a clean up but otherwise is in good condition and perfectly serviceable. Would be lovely if it had a new owner, but otherwise will take it to the tip as it's taking up room I need to clear. Approximate dimensions are height 24" x width 17" x depth 13".

Free: Car Maintenance stuff (shed clearance) (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Had a shed clear-out and found some old car maintenance bits and pieces. They are pretty old (circa 15 years) and many of them are only partial cans. I have no need for them but hopefully someone will be able to use them. Included are two fairly full bottles of Aero Polish and Scratch Remover, two cans of damp start / wet start with just a little in them, a bottle of Turtle Wax polish, a pretty full can of grease, a sealed pack of connectors, a small bottle of Miracle Scratch Cover, two windscreen wipers (approx length 17.5 and 18 inches) and a 'Wallace' ice scraper (could do with a wash but quite a cute item). Would rather someone take the lot rather than split them.

Free: Last chance - 2 Sink/Bath plug-hole traps with suction cups (Kirkley NR33) Promised Bought these to trap hair and waste in the sink / bath to protect the drains from getting blocked - have just bought a new metal plug hole protector for the sink and no longer have a bath so we have no need for these now. Will chuck them in recycling if no takers, but added them here in case someone might have a use for them.

Free: Last Call - Alba CD Radio Cassette Player (not working) (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Very old Alba CX577 Portable CD Radio and Cassette Player. Been in storage in a cupboard for years! Couldn't get it working so I suspect it might just be broken - but someone might want it for spares or as a repair project. If no takers it will go to the household recycling centre on 18 April, so last call!

Free: Last Call - Very Old Nokia Mobile Phone Case (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Came across this mobile phone case while sorting out some boxes of IT equipment. Not sure what model(s) it might fit but happy for anyone to take it if they think it might be of use. If no takers by 17 April I will dispose of it.

Free: Final Call - TV Wall Mount (old but serviceable) (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Wall mount for small TV - I have no need for it and although very old it's serviceable - just needs a bit of a clean up. It only has five screws for the six holes, but it's supported a TV on it for 20+ years so it does the job...and only needs an extra large screw anyway. If no takers I will take it to the tip on Friday 18 April - so last call!

Request: CR123A Lithium Battery - Needed to test an old camera (Kirkley NR33) Expired I have an old Minolta camera that I want to list on eBay, but I have no idea if it still works. However I can't test it without a battery. The camera takes a CR123A battery which is a short stubby battery. I don't want to buy one only to find out the camera doesn't work, so I wondered if anyone had a CR123A lithium battery they no longer needed. Many thanks if you can help.

Free: Wedding photo album (Kirkley NR33) Expired I was having a clear out of my front bedroom and found this...no doubt I must have been given it at some point but cannot recall when. It's a blank wedding photo album with a page to enter the Bride and Groom names etc followed by loads of pages where photos can be mounted. I will never use it, but if anyone can find a use for it, it would be nice to pass it on.

Free: Binoculars (8 x 30) - very old and possibly broken (Kirkley NR33) Gifted I bought these binoculars when I was a child for birdwatching so they must be around 40 years old! They still work but I found that if you turn the focus wheel in one direction the eye-piece element comes off the main structure (see one of the photos). They are 8x30 magnification. Possibly adjustable / repairable - I have a newer pair which I use instead so these are free to anyone interested.

Free: Regatta Waterproof rain jacket (XL) and trouser leggings (L) (Kirkley NR33) Gifted I have had these Regatta branded waterproofs for years but have recently treated myself to new ones that are a bit more breathable...The jacket is an XL (44" chest) and the leggings are L (36-37"). Was going to throw them but they are still serviceable and someone might be able to make use of them.

Free: Laptop sized carrying bag - was a freebie many years ago (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Having a clear out at home and found this old carrying bag I picked up at a conference many years ago. Would fit laptop. Fairly basic bag but would be nice if someone could use it.

Free: brief case (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Black brief case...six number combination lock. This is pretty old but in pretty decent condition and has been in a cupboard for years. I need the space so having a clear out. Decent sized capacity, just needs a bit of a clean up / polish.

Free: Bush Colour TV (old - model 1434 AK20) (Kirkley NR33) Gifted This old style analogue TV used to be wall-mounted but hasn't been used as a TV since the analogue signal was turned off many years ago. I used to play DVDs on it, using a separate DVD player connected via a SCART lead, so this might suit someone's bedroom if they have a DVD player and want to play DVDs on it. I am also Freegling the wall bracket in case anyone wants to mount it on the wall, or have any other TVs they want to wall-mount. The TV is just taking up space that I need to clear...would rather someone use it than me dispose of it.

Free: DeLonghi Coolzone Deep Fat Fryer (model F34512CZ) (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Deep Fat Fryer (3 litre oil capacity) - it's an old machine (bought December 2011) but still works fine. We are no longer using it regularly as we tend to air-fry most things now so have downsized to a small deep fat fryer - was going to scrap it but thought to offer it here first. It could do with a thorough clean (I gave it a quick clean after emptying the old oil but it should clean up quite nicely with some hot soapy water). I still have the original user instructions to go with it too, and have included photos of it both assembled and stripped down as I cleaned it. Would be nice to think someone could benefit from it rather than it being scrapped.

Free: Two computer keyboards (faded buttons) and old mouse (Kirkley NR33) Gifted I have an old Gigabyte KM-6150 keyboard and an old Dell keyboard - both have some faded buttons but work fine There is also an old mirrored Satechi mouse - although not sure if it still works. All are destined for the household tip but thought I would offer them in case anyone locally wants to take them for spares or some computer DIY

Request: Desk Lamp (any brand) (Kirkley NR33) Expired Looking for a desk lamp for my computer desk in my back bedroom...my eyesight isn't as good as it was and to read anything at my desk I need better lighting, especially in the evening, as the ceiling light is at the other end of the bedroom. If anyone has an office / desk lamp they no longer need I would very much appreciate it, thanks.

Free: Smart SCART multi-port connector (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Very old tech - but this device from Blue Delta enabled up to four SCART devices to be connected at once to the TV. I used it years ago when I had multiple video recorders and DVD players etc but only one SCART slot in the TV. It's probably redundant technology now, as most modern devices don't use SCART to connect to the TV, but if anyone can use it that will save me taking it to the household recycling centre.

Free: Advanced Driving Books (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Ideal for anyone who wants to improve their driving skills, here is the Police driving manual, Roadcraft, plus another advanced driving book. The Roadcraft book is the basis of the advanced driving test (which I did over 20 years ago) - it's not the latest version but will be interesting reading if anyone is keen to take the test or just brush up on their skills etc.

Free: Photography guides and video (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Having a clear out and found these photography guides and a related video...whilst the video tape is old technology these days, if someone can use this it would be far nicer than just chucking out the tape. The photography guides are quite helpful, even if you can't play the tape.

Free: Blank Printable DVDs (100) and pack of CD Labels (Kirkley NR33) Gifted I used to produce DVDs of my holidays but stopped many years ago (all my footage now goes on YouTube) so I have a load of blank DVD-RW disks that can go to a new home. They are printable disks so if you have a printer that can print directly on to disks you can add your own label designs...also have a load of labels that came with a promotional pack that I will never use, so these are free to anyone who wants them. DVDs are 4.7Gb each so ideal for data back-ups or making home movies like I did originally.

Request: Garden Secateurs (Kirkley NR33) Expired If anyone has a pair of hand-held garden Secateurs they don't need it would be helpful to have one to prune our fruit bushes...currently resorting to using a knife and scissors but they are not really up to the task. Many thanks if you can help.

Free: Two stick-on car window shades...cat motif (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Was having a clear out and found these two car shades (sticks on with suction cup) - fun car motif so would suit family. Size approx 17 inches wide and 14 inches tall. You cannot see from the photo but there are two of them. Would be nice if someone could use them.

Free: Beach bags and flipflops (Kirkley NR33) Gifted My wife and I won a few sets of flipflops on a couple of Marella cruises...however we don't really wear them and none of the pairs are our size anyway. Would rather someone get use out of them than just taking up space. Also included are a few fabric beach bags...picked these up at a cruise show a few years back but we have enough bags to last us, so if anyone can use them then please get in touch.

Free: Various toiletries, shaving kits, shoe mitts, etc (Kirkley NR33) Gifted Collection of various (mainly hotel) toiletries...mostly shoe mitts, shaving kits, dental kits, etc. I won't use them so would be nice if someone could get use out of them. Toiletry bag is included...I won't use it, so it might come in handy for someone.

Free: Teapot (Kirkley NR33) Gifted I have had this teapot for many years and it was stashed away at the back of the kitchen cupboard. These days we only use teabags so we just won't use it. Inside could do with a good clean but otherwise it's in very good condition. Mug included in photo for scale only. Would rather someone had it who would use it...it's just taking up cupboard space.
