I'm not sure what kind of tree this is, but it's yours if you want it. I'll help to remove it on collection. The large picture (pic4) with the Christmas lights on it is the parent of this young sapling.

single "trundle" bed (Sunningdale SL5)

This bed was part of a double bed set. This is the single bed that would "trundle" under the double out of the way. Very useful for visitors. The mattresses are from the Mattison Contract Hotel range and is very comfortable. It has springs and includes the hotel industry mattress-turning schedule to prolong the life (see pictures). The legs fold in on a strong hinged spring system, so it easily stors flat and the integrated wheels make sliding it around a breeze. We have 2 of these, and I'm only parting with this one because we have no more storage. The marks on the mattresses are from storage but they are clean. The bed base is light but sturdy. Most suitable for a smaller human but the one in my child's room easily holds me when she sneaks into our bed in the morning & I want to get more sleep. I'm 6ft and weigh 78Kg, and have no trouble sleeping on it. They fit into my MPV with all the rear seats down, otherwise a small van required.
