I got these donated through Freecycle when I first arrived in Bath. They’re a lovely set - were already well used by the time they arrived with me but still good for use. We just no longer have room for them! Two pairs - one pair slightly larger than the other. One frame has the glass missing. One has a broken back board. Both easily replaced. All have very worn pins holding in the glass and pictures but they’re old - again not an insurmountable issue. Hoping someone can give them the wall space they deserve

So up front - all four of these chairs have split on the back so are slightly dangerous as they are. But for someone with a vision, I’m sure you could snap the white plastic off the back piece and create fabric backs. Appreciate it’s a long shot, so I’ll be heading to the recycling centre on Tuesday and will take these unless someone else feels there’s a new life to be had from them yet 😄

Hi all! There’s an increasing number of us who want to use a ball as a chair in our office. They’re not expensive to buy but as a certified BCorp, our ethics and purchasing policy priorities reuse over buying new. Our repair cafe in Bear Flat is planning a November extravaganza with a couple of workshops running alongside the repairs. One is going to be a sewing workshop where people can make Christmas decorations from leftover fabrics and knitwear.
