Free: Ikea table lamp (Brooktondale) Small Ikea table lamp with folding Japanese-style shade. The shade is torn but it may be possible to repair it or to upcycle the lamp by making a new shade. Could be an interesting project to make something unique. The lamp itself works fine. Brooktondale area pick-up or can drop off in Ithaca.

Free: Madagascar "loganza" plant cuttings (Brooktondale) Gifted Recently repotted this plant and have excess to give away. One could start several new plants from the root cuttings. This is an ornamental tropical plant and must be brought inside when temperatures approach freezing, but otherwise grows well in a large pot. Native to Madagascar and E. Africa. Resembles ginger plant (but it's not ginger). Brooktondale area pickup.

Free: Old blue jeans for craft projects (Brooktondale) Gifted Old men's blue jeans, well worn with many holes. Not really wearable, unless you like dressing in rags, but the worn, distressed denim may be useful for craft projects

Free: non-working microwave (Brooktondale) Expired Panasonic 1250 watt inverter countertop microwave oven. It is in good condition, but suddenly stopped working, and we decided to replace it. It may be a simple fix for a person with the right tools and skills (or maybe not!). Happy to pass it along to anyone who might want to repair it for their own use, otherwise it's off to the recycling center. Again, the microwave is not working and will need to be repaired.
