6ft 180cm With runners. Will need new hangers for door but these simply bolt onto the runner mechanism. Rail costs about £120 new from Screwfix

Several wet wall panels - slate grey with subtle slate texture. Varying sizes, some whole sheets (8x4 ft? 2400 x 1200) Mostly in decent condition although there are a few screws holes that can easily be filled with silicone. Getting removed around 3rd March, would need to be collected from newhaven then.

Savic aseo high-sided litter tray. Ideal if your cat pee’s over the side of the litter tray, or flocks litter onto the floor. Brand new, however there is a crack in the rim of the tray at the front. This could easily be glued or taped over and won’t affect the use of the tray. It also comes with a removable plastic rim (white) which covers the crack. Dimensions: Total: 56 x 39 x 27.5 cm. Height of entrance approx. 11.5 cm

It doesn’t look great just now, but I guarantee if you can plant this in the ground in a sunny spot, or in a large pot - come next spring you will an endless supply of lemon balm leaves. Makes a delicious calming tea. Given the chance it will grow into a 2 feet + wide bush. Collect from shore, leith
