Dehumidifier. Nice except that it doesn't work - it doesn't take water out of the air so the tank is always dry. Might be suitable for someone that is good at fixing things. 19 inches high by 10 wide

Chandelier Quite heavy, may not be suited to a lath and plaster ceiling (up to 1920s terrace) The strings of beads etc are flimsy, this is not a high end piece. I have dusted it a bit but there is still a bit of dust left on it. Some of the bulbs are in working order I think.

Attractive and good sized shelving unit. MDF but quite heavy and good quality. 6 ft high by 2 ft 8 inches wide. Some of the shelves are height adjustable by a couple of inches either way. 2 drawers at the bottom. Can optionally be fixed to the wall using an angle bracket. *It is made up not taken apart*.

Laurel plant, about 2 feet high, in pot. Grows to form a dense evergreen hedge. Self seeds vigorously and grows very tall and thick so needs pruning and seedlings removed. Therefore not really suitable for lazy gardeners! But handy if you have a gap in a hedge or fence.

Cotoneaster bush in pot, about 12 inches high. When grows taller it can be shaped to grow alongside a wall or corner etc. Self seeds vigorously so seedlings will appear elsewhere in your garden which might need to remove.

Small hazel plant in pot. This grows into a full size tree with catkins in the early spring and hazelnuts in the autumn which you can eat if the squirrels don't get them first (but see note below). Remove the shells before eating. If left to grow freely it grows tall and straight and you can cut it back to a few inches high for a good quality stick. Do not eat hazelnuts if you have a nut allergy.
