The box is tattered but the wall bracket is brand new and unused. I tried to install but realised that one of the screws has lost its thread so the alley key doesn't fit along the groove which means it cannot be loosened. Bought last year from India. Perfect for grinding ingredients to make fine paste. The coupler at the top is slightly worn but this does not impact the performance and this is still working fine. You can buy couplers for quite cheap in Amazon. Please note this has Indian plug so you will need an adaptor.
