Preferably taken all together.

The beautiful butterfly hinges would need careful removal and restoring. The ply would need careful re-gluing and clamping. The paper interior cover which has gone mouldy would need removing (wearing a mask I would suggest) and re-papering. A worthwhile project for the right person.
