TV stand with black glass top. Integral wood veneer cabinet below with two shelves behind a drop down door. Nice piece of furniture. There are a few marks on the edge and inner side of the drop door, these could be touched up with black paint but I don’t have any. SEE PHOTOS FOR ALL RELEVANT DIMENSIONS

I’m starting art classes in January and need to assemble some kit to get started. Here’s hoping someone has some items they no longer use or need. The main thing is an A3 adjustable drawing board. I’ll also need watercolour brushes, ( I have some but not a full set by any means), Windsor and Newton water colour paints, a Sketch book , soft pastels, charcoals. Flecked Wool carpet as pictures which has been laid on staircase and landing. It has now been taken up and although not that old needs cleaning before relaying due to light colour. The stairs carpet is in three pieces. There is no underlay or grippers.
