Free: Vorkosagan Saga Omnibus books (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Louis McMaster Bujold’s ‘Vorkosigan Saga’ Books, full omnibus edition plus a couple novels. All read through. My spouse really enjoyed them, and would read parts outloud to me because he wanted to share some turns of language and humour. “ The Vorkosigan Saga is a popular military science fiction series by Lois McMaster Bujold, centered on the life of Miles Vorkosigan, a physically disabled but brilliant nobleman from the planet Barrayar. (At first i thought we are missing book 6, but i found it, see 2nd photo). My partner really liked them, but we are moving and decluttering. Free: Pothos plant + side baby (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted We are moving and cannot take plants with us. Would love a new home for these plants. 1st is a large pot (2nd pic for length), and 2nd is a baby that’s lived in a jar of water for years now and has long roots.

Free: Chicco GoFit booster seat (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Purchased in 2022, good until June 2030, no car accidents, clorox wiped. Chicco GoFit backless booster seat. It’s technically for kids 4yo+, but we kept ours in booster with a five point harness until she turned 7 and was ready to sit reliably in her seat without playing with the car belt or wiggling out for fun. So my recommendation is I liked these ones because they have more cushion than the Graco backless boosters, and are easy to move between cars.

Free: 2-person backpacking tent (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Big Agnes 2 person backpacking tent. Purchased from REI a decade back. Unsure which specific type. Has all the components. We used it a couple times for car camping, and then mostly for kid’s backyard camping. Has been stored indoors for a few years now. Had a tear in the mosquito netting that has been repaired, see photos.

Free: Wood toy blanks (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted These are blank wood toys and beads that I had gotten with plans of painting them into characters myself (pandemic ambitions). The beads can be used for teething necklaces (esp if you crochet around them). The toys are of such size that they are safe for babies and toddlers who still put everything in their mouth, and are easy to hold for little hands with limited dexterity.

Free: 2 black ikea hemnes 5 drawer chests (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted 2 chests of five drawers, Ikea Hemnes (seemingly discontinued), in black. Fully functional. >> They’ve been used exclusively to store clothes in the kid’s room. >> Have been “goo-gone”ed to remove sticker residue and wiped for dust inside and out. >> One of the drawer rails is recently replaced (anyone can request free hardware replacement from the Ikea website as long as you have parts numbers). >> The wood is pine, so some minor indents from use visible under certain lighting. Free: Britax Pioneer Harness Booster Seat (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted This is preloved car seat that my youngest kid just grew out of. It has two more years of life. We used it in a Subaru Outback, no accidents. We bought Britax because their seats are durable and less bulky than other brands. Suggested use Front Facing, Harness: 2yrs +, weight 25-70lbs Booster Mode (harness removed, using the car belt): 40-110lbs. According to Britax, these have 9 years of use in them. Free: IKEA double curtain rod (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Ikea double curtain rod, black, like so: / About 7 years old, preloved. The rods are 45” long when closed without finials. “Max. load of the thick curtain rod is 22 lbs and the thin curtain rod 11 lbs. Two brackets needed for lengths up to 55" and 3 brackets for lengths 55-83". Pick-up best on weekend mornings, and weekdays 8am-5pm, 7-8:30pm.

Free: Small drawer tower (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted This is a small chest of drawers - we like it because it easily fit in corners and is sturdy. The foot print is 15” by 12” by 45”. The wicker baskets are 11” by 10”ish by 7”. Originally from Crate & Barrel, I was told. I got them second hand 3 years ago from a student moving out of the West End neighborhood. My kid has been using them for toy storage. The week of May 13-17, pick up is possible Tue-Fri 8am- 3pm. Afterwards, my schedule will open up and I could do evening picks as well.

Free: King size bed, slats, mattress (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Folks, we are rehoming our king size bed. I hope to pass it on by May, and will be taking it apart and adding photos and dimensions in the next two weeks. The earliest i could have it ready for someone is Sat, April 13th. BED IKEA Bjoerksnaes - birch wood minimalist style bed, king size / (Missing - the headboard pillows; the linen picked up our hair oils, so we’ll keep them) SLATS / MATTRESS IKEA, foam (firmness, url, other details - coming soon) So, we love this bed. How it looks, how well we sleep on it, how it easily fits two adults and occasional children, how we can hide our Christmas tree underneath. We got it in 2018 because we bedshared with our kids at the time, and this size allowed us adults to get sleep despite the wiggles. Now, we are transitioning to bunk & loft beds, and would love for this giant to continue its life in a new home. The main challenge for transport is the weight and size of the mattress - it likely takes two people to carry it, and a midsize/large car to transport. If you ARE interested, tell me what additional info you’d need to decide! :) ———————- If I don’t find interest here, I will next try A Wider Circle, FurnishHopeDC, and Homes Not Borders. Free: 2 used IKEA tumble mats (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted Two green tumble mats from IKEA. Well used, we’ve had them for 4+ years - we’ve wiped them, but they have some staining from kids play (as soft floors and make believe walls). Plenty of life still left for someone’s littles. Free: Wood shelves, black, with brackets (20008, near BreadFurst) Gifted 4 black shelves, 11” by 46.5” by ~0.75” 8 black brackets IKEA open wall shelves, both the shelves and brackets are pine wood, painted black. We’ve had these for about 8 years, through 3 apartments. The shelves are simple, sturdy and awesome. We’re rehoming them to make space for a loft bed. Let me know a couple days/times that would be good for pick-up.
