It comes with matress with protective waterproof removable cover , guard rails, 2 controllers and underbed night light. The whole bed can be raised and lifted to make turning and bed changing easier and less stressful. It is in good contition anf fully funtional. Taker to arrange collection. It is a two man job. i require a llarger bed due to my own health issues asap.
